Ultraman Cake

This was ordered by my student's grandpa specially for his 4th birthday.  Was a layer cake - vanilla & chocolate sponge cake, covered with buttercream and decorated with chocolate pieces that I made.

This is a large 10" cake weighing approx 2.5kg ^^

Another item to go into the party pack for my niece's 8th birthday.  Cake-in-jar is the current the-in thing in the market.  It's unique, cute & yummy to eat :)

Whipped up more than 10 cakes in a day just to make all these... (the choco cake are for the kitty body) -_-''

Layered with yummy buttercream and topped it with crushed oreos :)

All nicely packed and ready to go into the party bag :)

Hello Kitty & Friends Cookies

Made these as gift for my niece's birthday party pack.

What you need are cookie dough, cutters & rolling pin.

Roll out the dough & cut into shapes.

All ready to be baked.

All baked & ready for decoration.

All decorated using royal icing & chocolate.

Ready to be packed into packets for the children to bring home :)

3D Hello Kitty Cake & Cupcake Tower

Made this specially for my niece who turns 8th on last 31st August 2012... Yup she is a Merdeka Baby and yes, it took me 1month before I have the time to upload the pics & post :p

Ask what she wants for her birtday cake, at first she says a rainbow cake, after that she wanted Hello Kitty, and later on when I ask again she says she wants a cupcake tower. Since she's struggling to choose between the 3 options, I decided to give her a surprise & combine all 3 into 1 :)

In the Making

The body is made of yummy Devil's Cake with Ganache layering..  The Doll are 100% edible from head to toe.. except for the cake board ;)

Made it for my SIL for their house warming party.  First time every in my life to make fruit tarts.  Was so nervous initially as I am not too sure if I am doing it correctly.  Lucky it turns out yummy!! :)

Mickey Mouse Theme Cupcakes

Thanks to my sister-in-law for ordering from me for her niece.. Hope the little girl will like it. Not sure she wants only Mickey or Mini as well, because the only answer the little girl gave was 'Mickey Mouse' hahaha... So here's Mickey, Mini & their pet Pluto.

Guitar Rainbow Cake

This cake was order by my best friend Su Thing specially for her sister, Su Wei's 21st Birthday.  Initially she wanted a rainbow cake but later ask her sister if I can change & make a guitar cake instead.  So instead of changing the cake, I combine both the idea - a rainbow cake with a guitar topper decorated with white daisies for a lovely sweet young lady :)  As for the cupcakes, of course all are decorated with rainbow colour daises too since the them here is 'Rainbow'.  Hope she will like it.

Finished the cake at 3am.. then moved on with the cupcakes!

Rich Chocolate Cupcakes

Well for once I baked something for my own birthday.  All these while I just bake for others but never thought of baking for myself.  So baked these yummy, rich & moist cupcakes for my Birthday this year.

Made this laptop cake specially for my sister.  Why the laptop??  Because that's her hobby... not to play but to fix and repair it... hahahahahaha

Happy Teacher's Day 2012

Since its Teacher's Day so we decided to throw a small party in school for all the teachers as a token of appreciation for all their hardworks.  Was afraid that one cake might not be enough, so ended up with 2 big cake :)  But I did not pay much attention to the final touch... so it does have lots of flaws.  Didn't have the time & I'm dead tired from the 1day trip up & down to Sitiawan, Perak.
