Rainbow Cake

Went for a class yesterday to learn how to make a Rainbow Cake with Buttercream frosting... well I must say the class turns out really well thanks to the great instructor :)

Lovely Swan Puffs

This is the first time for me to take such a big order and for such an important event.  My schoolmate actually ordered 250pcs of my mini swan puffs for her wedding cocktail back in September 2011.  Half with Chocolate custard and another half with vanilla custard.  Am glad that it turns out fine for her cocktail and her guest likes it.

Cake-Pop Decorating Class

This is the first time ever in my life to actually go for a baking class.  It's quite fun and I would definately try to do the cake-pop again in future  :)

Strawberry Cupcakes

Since I've got some fresh strawberries sititng in my fridge and I need to wait for my baking kaki to go for our cake-pop deco class, so I've decided to try my hand on baking more cuppies with a twist of my own taste and the result.......YUMMY!! ;)

 

Mango Cupcake with Mango Buttercream

This is the first time I tried my hand in creating my own recipe.... or should I say partially creating my own recipe :p But am happy that it did turn out well :) and no wastage at all ;)
