Ultraman Cake

This was ordered by my student's grandpa specially for his 4th birthday.  Was a layer cake - vanilla & chocolate sponge cake, covered with buttercream and decorated with chocolate pieces that I made.

This is a large 10" cake weighing approx 2.5kg ^^

Another item to go into the party pack for my niece's 8th birthday.  Cake-in-jar is the current the-in thing in the market.  It's unique, cute & yummy to eat :)

Whipped up more than 10 cakes in a day just to make all these... (the choco cake are for the kitty body) -_-''

Layered with yummy buttercream and topped it with crushed oreos :)

All nicely packed and ready to go into the party bag :)

Hello Kitty & Friends Cookies

Made these as gift for my niece's birthday party pack.

What you need are cookie dough, cutters & rolling pin.

Roll out the dough & cut into shapes.

All ready to be baked.

All baked & ready for decoration.

All decorated using royal icing & chocolate.

Ready to be packed into packets for the children to bring home :)

All set to go

Some cookie-pops to be used as cupcake decorations.

3D Hello Kitty Cake & Cupcake Tower

Made this specially for my niece who turns 8th on last 31st August 2012... Yup she is a Merdeka Baby and yes, it took me 1month before I have the time to upload the pics & post :p

Ask what she wants for her birtday cake, at first she says a rainbow cake, after that she wanted Hello Kitty, and later on when I ask again she says she wants a cupcake tower. Since she's struggling to choose between the 3 options, I decided to give her a surprise & combine all 3 into 1 :)

In the Making

The body is made of yummy Devil's Cake with Ganache layering..  The Doll are 100% edible from head to toe.. except for the cake board ;)

Since I have some tart shells left and I will be going to a dear friend's Hari Raya open house, thought it would be nice to bring some yummy cheese tarts over as gift this year. :)  Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri Didi!! ;)

Made it for my SIL for their house warming party.  First time every in my life to make fruit tarts.  Was so nervous initially as I am not too sure if I am doing it correctly.  Lucky it turns out yummy!! :)

Hello Kitty Angel Cake

Requested by this sweet little girl in my Kindergarten for her 5th birthday.  She is a die hard fans of Hello Kitty.
